Writing – Advice from Johanna Rothman

What is the maximum amount of time “writers block” can last? I mean it has to wear off after like a year or two? Right?

15 minutes. You sit your butt in the chair. You put your fingers on the keyboard. You write, "Johanna made me write this down and I hate her" until you start writing your work. You then delete all the Johanna stuff. /1

15 minutes a day. 250-300 words. Every single expletive-deleted day. Start now. No coffee. No tea. You can pee if you really need to. Start the damn writing. /2
